If you download files with Windows XP or Vista most likely you use PeerGuardian 2 from Phoenix Labs to protect yourself. PeerGuardian blocks IPs making it the safest and easiest way to protect your privacy on P2P. If you are using Linux, however, you can’t use PG2; instead use MoBlock.
